NSL Returns Process

NSL are the certified service centre for Shure, QSC, Williams AV, Visionary Solutions & HRT in New Zealand. 

This role includes the coordination of repair, servicing and upgrade of products sold in New Zealand by NSL.

Services include:

• Warranty repairs and maintenance of all imported products sold in New Zealand by NSL.
• Service repairs and maintenance of all imported products sold in New Zealand by NSL.
• Spare parts for imported products sold in New Zealand by NSL.

Returns Process

All items being returned to NSL must be accompanied by an RMA number. To request an RMA number, please complete the form linked below. You should expect a follow up email within three working days.

Visiting the Service Department

If you need to visit our service department please email service@nsl.co.nz to book an appointment. An appointment is required to ensure we have the right person available to assist you at that time.

Service Department Operating Hours:

Open Weekdays 8:30am – 5:00pm

Closed Weekends, public holidays and the days between Christmas and New Years
