About our Service Department

NSL are the certified service centre for Shure, QSC and Williams Sound in New Zealand. This role includes the coordination of repair, servicing and upgrade of products sold in New Zealand by NSL.

Services include:

  • Warranty repairs and maintenance of all imported products sold in New Zealand by NSL.
  • Service repairs and maintenance of all imported products sold in New Zealand by NSL.
  • Spare parts for imported products sold in New Zealand by NSL.

Making Contact

If you have a service, warranty or spare parts enquiry please contact service@nsl.co.nz

Email is our recommended method of contact, please include full details relating to your enquiry such as purpose of contact (e.g. fault description or part required), product code, serial number, date and proof of purchase, contact details and for existing jobs please include the RA number.

You should expect a follow up email within three working days.

Closed Weekends, public holidays and the days between Christmas and New Years
